Andrej Demtschenko

Andrej Demtschenko graduated in Biomedical Sciences at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2019. During his master's degree, he investigated molecular determinants that drive the segregation of inner cell mass and trophectoderm in the early human embryo under the supervision of PI Prof. Dr. Hilde Van de Velde at the REIM lab. His PhD project is a continuation of this work and aims at further increasing our understanding of human embryology, lineage segregation and potency.
