Sophie Uyttebroeck, MD

Sophie Uyttebroeck graduated as a Medical Doctor at the VUB in June 2016 with great distinction. After the training as a Clinical Geneticist in Belgium was established, she became one of the first trainees at the Centre of Medical Genetics of UZ Brussels in August 2019. She started her PhD project in August 2022 under supervision of Prof. Gheldof and Prof. Hes on the molecular etiology of Pompe disease.
